What do I need to do to subdivide a property?

Contact a surveyor and Savvy Conveyancing to carry out the division work for you. The surveyor will organise the plan and the necessary approvals from the Council, SA Water and the State Commission Assessment Panel (formerly Development Assessment Commission). Once the surveyor has lodged the plan at the Land Services SA, Savvy Conveyancing will organise the necessary paperwork, obtain any additional consents and lodge the application with the Land Services SA.
